I WORKED OUT!
The last time I formally worked out was when I attended Noelle's class in Houston 2 years ago. One of the enrichment activites here is a work out group and I guess I'm still succeptable to peer pressure. I think the Ben & Jerry's Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream I ate today undid any good I might have accomplished(totally worth it!).
